Description

It’s an excellent interior and exterior paint which can be applied by brush or roller. It can be painted to a previously painted substrate like bricks and plaster surfaces. It can also be used in freshly plastered walls/surfaces after primer to give a stunning new look. HCl Ceiling Paint can also be used as an undercoat and a skimming mixing paint.
